Product Description
This honey-fermented garlic is a slow, traditional preparation rooted in ancestral food practices. Raw garlic has long been valued but can be sharp and difficult for some to enjoy in its raw form. Resting it in raw honey allows time to soften its bite, drawing out deeper, sweeter notes and transforming it into a smooth, rich, umami blend.  Over time, the honey becomes infused with the character of the garlic and black seeds, while the cloves soften and mellow. The result is a complex, earthy preparation that brings together three time-honoured ingredients in their simplest form to become a tasty trio, rich in antimocrobial and antioxidant properties. 

Now with added organic black seeds (Nigella sativa), a small but powerful seed traditionally used across many cultures. Black seeds are naturally aromatic and rich in plant compounds, bringing warmth, depth, and balance to the blend.

Fun Fact:
Black seeds (Nigella sativa) contain naturally occurring bioactive compounds, most notably thymoquinone, which has been widely studied for its antioxidant properties.

This is a food made slowly, with patience, not rushed, not refined, and left close to nature.


How to Use

  • Take 1 teaspoon of the honey (with garlic) straight by the spoon

  • Stir into warm (not hot) water as a comforting drink

  • Drizzle over food or take straight, especially during colder months or seasonal changes

Crystallisation and natural variations in flavour, colour, or texture are normal and a sign of minimal processing.
