At Tayyib Tree, every order is carefully prepared and packed by hand to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched in the order they are received.
Please allow 2–5 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
During busy periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may occasionally be longer.

Shipping Methods

At checkout, you can choose from a range of shipping services.

Please note: The shipping option you select (such as Next Day Delivery, Express, or Standard Delivery) only applies once your order has been dispatched.

For example:

If you select Next Day Delivery, your order will be delivered on the next working day after it has been dispatched, not the next day after placing your order.
Dispatch time (2–5 working days) is separate from the courier's delivery time.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Examples:

Express / Next Working Day: Delivery is typically the next working day after dispatch.
Standard Delivery: Delivery usually takes the estimated timeframe shown at checkout after dispatch.

Please note that courier delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.

Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
