Cancelling your order

You may cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it. To cancel, complete our return request form, or email info@tayyibtree.com with your name, order number and the items you wish to cancel.

Items must then be returned to us within 14 days of cancelling, unused and in their original condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning items. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return address.

We may reduce your refund if an item has been handled beyond what is needed to inspect it.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Skincare, haircare and food products cannot be returned once their seal has been broken, for health protection and hygiene reasons.
  • Fresh and refrigerated foods, including elderberry syrup and kimchi, cannot be cancelled or returned, as they deteriorate quickly.

Damaged or incorrect items

We are legally required to supply goods that conform to the contract. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please complete our return request form or email us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We may ask you to return the item so we can inspect it.

Our responsibility

Our products are handmade from natural ingredients, so colour, texture and scent may vary slightly between batches; this is not a fault. Please read the ingredients and carry out a patch test before use.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

  • reactions or results where a product has been used, stored or handled other than as directed;
  • losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you placed your order; or
  • any business losses.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
